What is considered a windfall?
A windfall is a large, and many times unexpected, financial gain—often the result of an inheritance, lawsuit settlement, property sale, salary bonus, or even a winning lottery ticket. https://www.schwab.com/life-events/managing-a-windfall

SMALL BUSINESS TAX NEED TO KNOW
Many expenses are tax-deductible. Tracking expenses allows you to easily find and report them during tax season.

What Are Business Expenses?
Business expenses are the costs of running your business day to day. On your income statement, your business expenses are subtracted from your revenue. What’s left is your net taxable income. https://www.ramseysolutions.com/taxes/what-are-business-expenses

Every business has expenses that are unique to the industry or company. For example, a manufacturer has different expense categories than a retailer

ADVICE FOR MARRIED COUPLES

Caregivers – How are you?

This is a question the BFNC Director leading the Age Mastery Series for Care Givers would like to know.  According to the National Council of Aging, approximately 40 million Americans provide unpaid care to older adults and adults with disabilities—the majority of whom also juggle a job or other responsibilities.

This important responsibility can be overwhelming for many of us.  The April 11, 2022, Zoom Discussion at 6:00 pm is about how to create a plan to take care of you and your loved one.  Care Givers Share is an interactive discussion designed for caregivers.

During the workshop participants will hear Caregivers and senior resource experts share how to manage your life as a caregiver – Life lessons learned.

  • Panelists will share strategies, tools, and resources for coping with stress and exhaustion.
  • Learn about local resources where you can receive assistance
  • Learn ways you can Take Care of You.
  • Resource Experts and Caregivers can answer your questions.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
