The community is invited every Thursday to enjoy an episode of a new cooking show that features affordable, easy, healthy and tasty meals prepared by Buffalo,NY chef Stephen Forman. All can easily see that Chef Forman loves what he does. Stephen, a former executive chef with Delaware North, decided to innovate and provide Free cooking classes as a community service during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic shutdown. These classes were the beginning of a new business. We are thankful for his expertise and energetic cooking classes. The cooking series is hosted by BFNC Youth Services. Youth Director Dan Bolden shares the importance of developing a cooking show. “During the pandemic I feel it is important that we try to reach our youth where they are. We are attempting to nurture their interests and give them something positive to watch on our social media outlets. My hope is that it brings youth and their families together and help with options when it comes to healthy food choices and meal planning. I think that Chef Stephen Forman did a good job creating meals that interest everyone.”
The cooking segments can be viewed on Facebook@https://www.facebook.com/buffalobfnc. New episodes can be viewed every Thursday evening from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
