The Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers, a community-based agency, has over 130 years of serving the Buffalo community. We provide a safety net of human services to assist residents on their path to success.
Housing Programs
A place you can call home is the first step. BFNC provides a continuum of residential services for individuals age 18+ living with a mental health diagnosis. Since 1986, BFNC’s Community Residence Program has been fulfilling the goal of empowering individuals with mental illness with the skills to become full and contributing members of their communities.
