Our Services
We help youth 12-17 years old by:
- Improving academic performance and school attendance
- Providing guidance about alternatives to entering the juvenile legal system (court diversion)
- Providing access to career and cultural experiences
We work to redirect youth away from the lives of academic failure, crime, and incarceration. We guide them toward a path to academic and career success through:
- Back On Track Program >
- Job Readiness
- Family Assistance
- Substance Abuse Education
- Academic Support
- Mentoring
We work with families and community resources.
Staff provide individualized case management using group support sessions, individual sessions, school visits, home visits, probation conferences, transportation as well as crisis intervention.
Our Method
We use the evidence-based curriculum Aggression Replacement Training, providing structured groups to assist youth in managing anger, increasing empathy for others, and skill-building to communicate with adults and other authority figures.
