Supportive Housing

The Supportive Housing Program is a New York State Office of Mental Health-funded program that provides long-term or permanent housing where individuals can access the support services they require to live successfully in the community.

A housing subsidy is provided, along with assistance with start-up furnishings. Individuals are assigned to a housing case manager to assist with linkages in the community, provide advocacy, and learn how to maintain an apartment.
