TO QUALIFY FOR FREE ASSISTANCE, YOU MUST:
  • Have a valid email address and phone number
  • Have use of a computer with Microsoft Windows, a Mac computer, tablet or smart phone
  • Have the ability to complete online intake and consent forms
  • Be able to upload tax documents
  • Have filed before with a BFNC VITA Tax Site in 2017 or 2018

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program:
Provides free income eligible tax preparation services for individuals and families making under $55,000 a year.

We can assist you in applying for Medicaid, TANF (Cash Assistance), Social Security, SNAP benefits, HEAP, insurance programs and more.

Financial Education and Planning:
The Institute for Sustainable Economic Impact & Financial Well-Being helps to empower individuals to achieve economic stability and financial success.
