LICENSED COMMUNITY RESIDENCES

NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) Licensed Community Residences offer staff support while encouraging and providing services that lead to independence. Residence Clients receive 24-hour on-site staffing, meals, support, advocacy and recovery-oriented services. Activities outside the residential housing setting include recovery programs, academic and vocational programs, and competitive and non-competitive employment.

Fruitbelt Towers

A single site licensed treatment housing program that provides on-site staffing, support, advocacy and recovery-oriented services.

The program offered serves as a preparatory step before the consumer begins independent living in a scattered site community apartment. The focus is on empowerment and establishing self-reliance.

Glenwood Avenue House
