The program offered serves as a preparatory step before the consumer begins independent living in a scattered site community apartment. The focus is on empowerment and establishing self-reliance.

Glenwood Avenue House
A single site licensed community residence with on-site staffing, support, advocacy and recovery-oriented services.
An NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) Licensed Community Residence that offers staff support, while fostering independence. Receive 24-hour on-site staffing, meals, support, advocacy and recovery-oriented services. Involvement in activities outside the residential setting include recovery-oriented programs, vocational programs, school, and competitive and non-competitive employment.
